Dear Edith

I am having a difficult time coming up with a wedding theme and am really confused about what is the purpose of a theme? Please give me some good ideas that I may use.

Answer

You don’t have to have a theme! Sometimes people take advantage of their ethnicity and use that as a theme– such as Scotch, Hawaiian, or Italian motives. Sometimes people are inspired by the season and capitalize on Valentine’s Day or the Fourth of July. On other occasions, one may be inspired by the location such as a boating, golfing or ski area. I hope this helps.
