Hiring Your Wedding Coordinator

We’ve included the qualities to look for when selecting a Wedding Coordinator:

PROFESSIONALISM

  • Ask to see their portfolio and ask how long they have been in business.
  • Ask for references, names and telephone numbers of clients they have worked for in the past. Be sure they will be at the wedding to make sure things happen as planned.

FLEXIBILITY

  • Look for a coordinator that will give you choices and suggestions, not dictate the kind of wedding they think you should have.

GOOD LISTENER

  • The ability to listen to your ideas and build on them.

COST-CONSCIOUS

  • The ability to show you ways to get the most for your money.
  • Be able to prevent you from making costly mistakes.
